We are seeking a Hardware Engineering Leader to drive the design, prototyping, and manufacturing transition of cutting-edge 224G and 448G THz module platforms. This is a high-ownership leadership role focused on delivering next-generation technologies for OSFP transceivers and cables and co-packaged optics (CPO).
Key Responsibilities
· Own design and bring-up of 224G OSFP modules in EVB, prototype, and pilot assemblies, and production ramp phases
· Lead development of 448G CPO evaluation platforms & pluggable modules and deliver EVBs and proof-of-concept modules
· Build a team supporting all critical design areas including, Signal Integrity (SI), Power Integrity (PI), Thermal Management, Mechanical Design, PCB Layout and Validation testing
· Drive engineering execution, track progress, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to meet technical and timeline goals
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related
· 15+ years of experience in optical module/system product development
· Hands-on experience with standard form-factor pluggables and/or CPO technologies
· Deep knowledge of SI/PI, thermal, and mechanical integration
· Track record of delivering complex hardware from concept to manufacturing
· Experience building and managing technical teams
· Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
· Familiarity with 224G/448G standards
· Exposure to high-volume manufacturing environments
